        Positive and efficient - the FMIG St Albans team was able to take me in immediately. Both Thuy and Khanh are professional and friendly, I had Xray and Ultrasound completed within 10 minutes. The facility was well equipped and staff took me in with care and the report was sent within the hour to my doctor. Highly recommended and thank you for the positive experience.

        Rang these amateurs earlier and got cut off after 20 minutes on hold. Im now on hold again (25 minutes and counting) just to book an appointment. Having been there before I know theyre not that busy. Absolute nightmare.

        If there was a zero star option I would use that. I am a Dr myself and I would say that the service at this place is appalling and their ethics are inexistent. They will cancel your appointment no matter what your condition is if youre late for 1 minute even though there was a storm that day when I had an appointment myself. It didn't matter to them that I was soaked completely and dripping rain water on the floor. Very very poor management. I stopped referring patients.
