Always wait about 2 hours from appointment time. The receiptionist really rude when answer the phone. She said: if you want this doctor, you have to wait like that!, she raised her voices to tell us come to ask the doctor, dont ask her, and her behaviour can not be acceptable. My mums having stomach cancer but still have to stay there over 2 hours to wait for eye treatment. Strongly not recommend! Worst clinical service ever!!! Because the rate doesnt have zero star, so, I have to choose 1 star - this customer service even didnt deserve it.

Dr Malvika Gupta is an absolute disgrace. Stay away from this place. Without any assessment whatsover I've been advised I have cataract and she concluded to do eye surgery. At first bit suprised and her clinic kept on persistently calling to do book in the surgery. Months later my GP received letter from this clinic advising there is no issues with my eye sight. Thank God i didn't proceed with the eye surgery, if I listened to this rubbish specialist I would've done eye surgery on perfectly healthy eyes. Disgrace!
