First time I attended and receptionist told me that I got expire Medicare so I have to pay , I told her that I got new Medicare in car and she said u pay now and bring ur Medicare cz u might not will come back
I told her I got appointment why I would not come back and she asked me to stop several time , once I said that lady I will definitely come back then she replied lets see , this was very bad experience
I took my Medicare and showed to her
Second time I waited more then 2 hours
, In my presence receptionist calling me and saying that you missed ur appointment and u have to pay , I told him buddy I am here waiting from 2 house so guys try ur luck if u want to thx

Next time we should plan, book and then get sick. They have quite good doctors but the first point of contact is awful and unprofessional.
