Lim's Pharmacy

Came in hoping to get my Covid19 booster shot however was met with shambolic service. Spoke to a pharmacy assistant (presumably) about the different types of Covid19 vaccines available which she had very limited idea about. She then requested assistance from an older male assistant who simply insisted that I fill in the form (not even answering my question). The third person involved also did not know the different vaccine options. Given that they were supposedly going to inject drugs into my body, I would like to think that the staff know exactly what they are doing. It didn't feel that way then. After waiting a while to speak with an actual pharmacist, and still not being serviced, I walked out without getting the vaccine.

I love how they treat customers or patients. Very professional, friendly, over nice,.. the price of prescription is affordable too. Thank you

This pharmacy is a quick walk away from Springvale Shopping Centre, so its convenient. There are not as many aisles as other stores, but its still very similar to other pharmacies. The area for prescriptions is at the back.

After 30 plus years, this chemist remains my main pharmacy. Even though I need to travel 12 kilometers to get to it, it is worth it. For the service is professional and the staff enchanting
