Customer service absolutely shocking very very rude and blunt. I tried speaking to him on the phone was unhelpful and shouting. When coming into the store I asked about doing a return purchased Bidets I was told the bidets part is missing. He only refunded me for one. I actually did not want to buy bidets, only needed the SPRAY but he provoked me to buy and advised me it works the installation is easy he also said I can return if it does not work ( he sold me the missing part at the time of purchase. He had a very aggressive and condensing tone. When buying items there please please check thoroughly before you leave. Including is a 20% restocking fee if you want a refund. They basically want you in and out of the store and want nothing to do with you if you want to return and exchange. I highly DON'T RECOMMEND anyone go to this place, the products are average and the customer service is disgusting.

For many years as a regular customer, VK bathroom is specialists in bathroom supplies with quality products, reasonably priced. Michael provided great customer service with honest suggestions.

Worst customer service. Rude and aggressive! He literally yelled at me for asking a question about a product in store. Definitely won't be back here.
