My son ,9, had 2 rounds of glandular fever in 2019 and in 2020. After the second one, he developed issues with his digestive system. None of the western medicine practitioners could diagnose the issue. It was then, Dr Nidhi suggested some dietary changes for him initially which helped him greatly. Dr. Nidhi Sharma did a great job with my first ever Panchakarma treatment and ongoing support/treatment for my whole family. She explained everything in a very clear manner and with logic. She was also kind and friendly. My teenage kids were absolutely impressed with her skills and style of treatment. Overall, the experience was very warm and welcoming. I have been to this Ayurways Ayurveda for treating myself because I wad getting cold very often and it becomes intense in a few days. I have been struggling with this for the past few years and now I found a solution by going to this centre. It had an immense relief on my conditions and I am completely relieved after following the prescribed advice. It is very important to following the advice and not to neglect any part of it.Thanks Ayurways for keeping me healthy.

Very glad that I chose to take my treatment from Ayurways. I went successfully through the complete cycle of pancakarma treatment for almost 37 days and now can see amazing difference in me physically and mentally. Very light, clean and active . Highly recommend everyone to take their services.

Went through the pancha karma cleansing. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly during the entire treatment. It's been over a month since the treatment finished and I feel like a new person! So much lighter and energetic. Doctor took out a lot of her time to help me identify issues related to my diet and lifestyle. It changed the ways I eat and think for better. Highly recommend Ayurways!
