Please do not use this rental agency. I am suffering from trusting these agents who leased an unkept property. There have been multiple issues with the repairs and maintenance and the agent has just delayed repairs beyond 3 months and when questioned about delays has asked me to pay for repairs for damages caused by neighbors. They are very uncooperative and don't care about customers and tenants. I would never recommend these services. Worst experience ever.

My apartment needed a lot of work to bring it up to standard. Flo has lots of contacts in the industry which led to a fast sale from a builder investor for a good price.
