Be very careful they have a very bad reputation for a lack of communication after 3 months of trying to get a Superfund setup with them after trying and trying and begging them for the ability to talk to them went of deaf ears I gave up and withdrew my application went to my accountant and they organised in 2 days what eSuperfund failed to do in 3 months. Even a government agency who contacted me on 2 seperate occasions saying they were unable to get in contact with eSuperfund to speak to them to ask questions about the application and seek clarification.

This is a business that really requires you to be able to contact them, yet the make that very difficult to do (they have no phone number to call and a contact us similar to Facebooks where its mostly a help directory where you have to query the directory just to get to the point where you can send a message, its a horrible experience that gives you the feeling that they do not care about you or your issue). That said I had some issues so I reached out via query on their contact us page and they responded and resolved my issue almost immediately.

Probably the most overwhelming and frustrating bad financial decision we have ever made. You can never talk to anyone. Not even a chat. Can only communicate over the internal messaging system with a lag on answers. Can just have a chat and get the answers.
