Osteopathic Movement South Yarra

I've been getting treated by Kirren Ponniah for the past 5 months and have been provided the highest quality care possible. I came in with severe lower back pain and he was able to pinpoint the issues causing it as well as provide me with a detailed exercise plan to gradually improve my condition. He's been incredibly helpful and one of the most personable people you'll ever come across. Would highly recommend his services especially for first timers who may have not been to an osteo before.

Exceptional treatment, can't recommend highly enough. I have seen heaps of different osteo's/physio's over the years but this place is easily the best. I've seen both Dayne and Kirren and they are wonderful. Experts in treating pain and providing either short-term or ongoing care. They make you feel really comfortable and you know you will always feel better at the end of every treatment.

I cant recommend Dr Kirren Ponniah highly enough! When I met Kirren a few years ago, I was having ongoing problems with my shoulder and lower back. I was working a physical job, trying to get my fitness back post surgery and was almost always in some kind of pain. Kirren is so knowledgable and passionate about what he does. He immediately understood my issues and made a treatment plan to suit my needs and lifestyle. Both his in clinic treatment and at home exercise advice have been extremely helpful. I am now able to be more active than ever without any pain or problems from previous injuries!

I have been treated by Dayne ( and also Kirin ) over the last couple of years. Probably the gentlest but most effective treatment Ive had compared to other osteopaths I have had in the past. Friendly, thoughtful, compassionate and caring people.

I have been seeing Dayne Sweres for over four years now for ongoing chronic lower back pain and shoulder issues. Dayne is an extremely knowledgeable Osteo and is excellent at providing relief, explaining what is causing your pain and what you can do to manage it at home. He is always professional and courteous and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
