I highly recommend Dr Russell! It was discovered that I would need a cerebral AVM removed. Not only did Dr Russell carry out the craniotomy amazingly well, the communication, the follow ups and assistance from Sasha along the way was second to none. I felt extremely well looked after and in safe hands throughout the process. I have now been deemed 'cured' and I have Dr Russell to thank.

I guess everybody responds differently to surgery however I found that my ACDF single level fusion has given me more grief in different ways compared to my original pain. Never believe a surgeon when they say you won't feel much difference in range if motion. I regret it but it's too late now. It's destroyed my life!!

After 5 years of pain due to a back injury and multiple unsuccessful procedures I had a lumbar fusion with Jeremy in October. Results are amazing and I am so grateful to have had such an amazing surgeon in Jeremy and his team. I was made feel at ease going in to such a big surgery and post op care was 10/10. I had been experiencing long-term chronic pain shooting down my back and left arm and was finally diagnosed with disc degeneration and arthritis in my cervical spine (neck). I was referred to Jeremy Russell who explained in laymans terms that a discectomy and fusion was the best path for us to take. Jeremy is thoughtful, charming, gives realistic expectations and a brilliant surgeon. I had total trust in him pre-op and cant speak more highly of him post-op. I am now completely out of pain and back to being my best self. For Jeremy to deliver his exceptional bedside manner and his superlative skill set he needs a great support person & thats where Sasha steps in. Sasha was extremely efficient and showed a great amount of empathy. If you are looking for a Neurosurgeon your search is over, look no further! Hes the best.

A huge thank you to Dr Jeremy and his team (Sash) for looking after my mum pre and post her surgery. 2 years ago, my mum started complaining of numbness in her legs and as time went by, it was becoming extremely painful for her to walk without having to stop rest and stretch. She was taking painkillers constantly to help offset the pain, but that didn't help much. After consulting with Dr Jeremy, who was confident he could help her, a surgery date was booked in. 6hrs after her L4-S1 laminectomy and bilateral L5 and S1 rhizolysis, she was up and out of her bed walking around. She no longer felt any pain/numbness in her legs. And a little over 48hrs later, she was cleared to go home. She's now 10 weeks post surgery and has never felt better. She's able to walk long distance and enjoys life again (and looking forward to travelling). Her wound healed nicely and she only needed 1 physio session (she also did a lot of hydrotherapy as soon as her incision site healed). We highly recommend Dr Jeremy to those who are looking for a neurosurgeon! You'll be well looked after by him and his team!
