The reviews said, JOSH JOSH JOSH!! And I went into Service and JOSH JOSH JOSH!!! Give him a pay rise!! I haven't been into a denim shop in years, and I had no clue what I wanted tbh. I told him I liked the pants I was wearing, and he immediately told me what style they are and also showed me a few different options. It's rare that you meet someone who feels fit for the retail environment, but I think Josh is that someone! Thanks Josh!!

After hours of searching for a nice pair of well-fitting jeans at DFO, thank god we came across the Service Denim Outlet. Josh provided us with the BEST customer service experience we have ever had whilst clothes shopping. He truely went above and beyond, recommending heaps of different styles and colours based on what I liked about each pair I tried on. Before we met Josh at the Service Denim Outlet I didnt think I would leave DFO with 1 pair of jeans I liked, but I ended up leaving with 3 pairs I LOVE. Thank you so much, Josh!
