    I bought a floor-stock chair, just so I could get the delivery quicker. I was told by the staff member it would arrive in a week. 7 weeks later Im still waiting for the delivery. They wont let me pick up as its against store policy and every time I call the store for an update they tell me it s not them, its the delivery company. Theyre having problems every since Nick Scali bought them out

    Terrible service. I purchased a sofa from display in South Wharf as I needed one urgently and brand new ones will take around 25 weeks. First thing the delivery, they promised to call back numerous times but I ended up being the one calling them to follow up and no one seems to know whats going on. They pretty much told me that theres nothing they can do its out of their hands now the drivers will call me when theyre ready to deliver. No timeline. Essentially - now that youve paid, our service ends. Finally after weeks of chasing delivery was scheduled. The couch arrived missing a leg and a minor scratch (leather) on the arm rest which we did not pick up straight away. I rang the store to complain about the missing leg and was instructed to come back in-store so they will give me one (I feel like they just took it from one of their displays, likely a different couch). I took a photo of the scratch and showed it to them when I came to pick up the leg. I was shut down! He said that I signed the paperwork from the delivery means I accept the condition and theres nothing they can do about it. I wasnt even looking for a refund or replacement, I was just asking if they had anything that can fix it or protect it from getting worse (I which I know they do, some leather protection spray or something). But nothing, no compensation! Even if there was no scratch at least give me something for having to come back for the leg. I drove there, paid for parking, my time, petrol etc. Bottomline is, once youve paid your no longer a customer!

    During COVID times my partner and I bought a sofa from the SouthWarf Plush store. Justin was absolutely exceptional in providing great advice. Unfortunatly the sofa I selected hurt my neck. I called Justin within 48 hours and he agreed to replace my sofa for free with a model that did not hurt my neck. Furthermore, as it would take up to 12 weeks for the new sofa to arrive, Justin was super understanding and let us use the sofa in lock down as a loan, so that we did not need to sit on the floor. I absolutely love my new sofa and Justin even threw in fabric protection. These guys - especially Justin at the Plush Furniture VIC, South Wharf store really know how to treat customers. Their service is exceptional and their products are a fantastic quality. I cannot reccomend these guys enough. Thank you Justin!

    We had the best experience purchasing our sofa bed through Richard, and Leanne bent over backwards to sort out the delivery to a regional area as I couldn't pick it up as originally planned. Thanks again and would very much recommend!

    I'm not sure where you get your staff Plush Sofa's but WOW!!! David at Know was amazing when I purchased my 3 seater Monterey sofa with ottoman and a recliner. Then I had the pleasure of meeting the wonderful Kate at the South Wharf Store. First she helped me a few weeks ago with a request for rugs and this time around she helped me with 2 Monterey leather armchairs and ottoman. Kate was super helpful, friendly and went over and above to help me. I will not hesitate to use Plush for all of my sofa needs and I'll be singing your praises from the rooftops, why? Because your products are amazing, super high quality (my sister's sofa is like new after 10 years), you do great deals, and your staff offer such a high level of expertise, instills confidence in your products and are so friendly and helpful that I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. You've converted a passive browser to a raving fan, well done Plush and thanks Kate, you Rock!!!!
