when i came in this afternoon, i was amazed by how lovely the staff were! it was very busy but the two of them took the time to look up and answer everything i asked. really great experience! :)

special mention to assistant manager Klara! I came in a few days ago looking for a shoe that no longer is sold. Although I couldnt get the shoe, she made sure to size me in a similar pair so I know what size to get elsewhere. She went above and beyond and invested a lot of time in helping me even though I couldnt get what I was after. 10/10 service and even explained the product care and socks for future dr martens. Thank you klara, you made my day and i will be back to get new boots when I need them. Thank you :)

Julia at doc martens south wharf was so helpful and handled the entire store perfectly! Have never had such good service in a doc martens store! 10/10
