Happy with my car, and interest rate not bad. However the company has the worst customer service I've dealt with. Incredible slow to get a response if you get one at all. Have misplaced a few thousand dollars of mine and waiting 5 months and still no answer

If you want to live longer don't deal with this company most incompetent employees and don't return phone calls at all. Gosh why do company like these exist ? Dont really know why their senior management allow this to happen ... maybe what other says is correct ... monkeys leading and learning from monkeys

Very poor experience with the novated lease consultant Karen Hall. There is complete lack of comms as to what is happening with the lease setup. I have followed up multiple times both in email and on phone. Please go to Autopia or SGFleet, companies I have interacted in the past and so much efficient in handling leases.

Well where do I start, read through all the reviews people they are all true. Lack of contact, lack of information, bouncing around from one department to the next. I only came across one person who knew what they were doing. Be aware of the predatory lending practices here. The quote that you see apparently means absolutely nothing. My quoted interest rate jumped massively with no notification until after the fact of the vehicle being delivered. Suck you in with a cheap rate then try their best to squeeze you for some extra dollars. This was in between the reserve bank rises. Currently seeking legal advice as Leaseplan believes this is ok, with misleading phone conversations. If you want to enjoy your new car experience just get a personal loan. Zero stars from me.
