From first visit to home delivery, Welsh homes have been fantastic. I have built 2 homes with Mathew Dennings already and this guy deserves way more then 10 stars. He is always welcoming, kind, friendly, polite, patient and attentive while going through the process. He gives his opinions where needed but would not pressure to go his way. He is very flexible and helpful and goes out of his way to help. Awesome customer service skills. I have not yet met a new home consultant in melbourne like him in any of the other companies. This guys skills has pulled me back to welsh for my 3rd build. Keep up the good work Mat. Luca Fedele who has been my site supervisor has been amazing to deal with. He was very helpful, listened to what we had to say and made sure it was done. Very quiet person to deal with.Stress free dealings with Welsh homes.

We had a very good experience in the beginning and throughout the construction process with back office but our night mare started when we had our first PCI. the supervisor Matt was not ready to listen anything for PCI and whatever we point him out to fix before handover his reply was very standards "yes, it looks bit strange but its within the building standards so he can't write it down" anyway once finally he agreed to write don few things for PCI but when one week after we done the second PCI , half of the things were not ready but he forced us to sign the completion sheet otherwise he will ask us to come again for inspection next week and so on. he promised that he will fix the outstanding things before settlement but it never happened . we had 3 months service warranty and identified 19 items in December but still till today many things are still outstanding and funny thing is they already issued us the service completion letter which we never signed but they thinks it completed now. so just a advise , you will have a very good expedience with Welsh Homes till PCI and when you go to visit the house try to make the video of full house , record the conversation and do not settle the house till they fix the issue.never trust the site supervisor words as he never keep his promises. he even may yell on you if you ask him to fix the issue as he claims "he is very perfect in hi job". we raised so many complaints but unfortunately welsh homes doesn't have any complaint or feedback departments who contact you and try to rectify the issue but instead the situation will get worse as the supervisor will start giving you hard time upon appliance installation and may not change the door locks and will still keep the builder locks without letting you know even the house is settle. . so long story short Welsh Homes after PCI service is very bumpy and after sales and repairs team not very professional and they wont have any interest in the customer as they already got the revenue. I hope Welsh homes keep the same level of service throughout the building process what they provide during sales.
