    I originally gave nlc a two star rating based on my experience with the delivery consultant, which was unresponsive, disorganised and lacked any engagement. Subsequent to a formal complaint through the 'Contact the CEO' feature on the website, the delivery manager was able to promptly resolve issues to finalise my novated lease (In the knick of time). Ideally would've preferred to avoid this initial frustration/stress but appreciate that when alerted, nlc escalated and resolved my case quickly.

    Waited a month and a half so far just to have my registration reimbursed. I've sent multiple emails, get a pointless response 3 weeks later asking for the same thing I've just provided. Like a lot of the other negative comments, I am also annoyed that I went into this lease because it had the ease of a universal fuel card. Just for them to cancel it and send me a card for the 2 most expensive fuel stations. Everyone seems to be having the same issues though. Is this what it's like to have a lease through SGfleet? Because it will be my last one if so.

    When I started it was one universal fuel card, then they sent you fuel cards for only 2 brands and make you fill in an online form for each claim. Now the online form has been broken for over a week and they don't seem to have the resources to fix it.

    Here I am again! I am so impressed with just how supportive NLC have been, I mean absolutely incredible. I couldn't be more happier and shout nothing but praise for the support I received from Andy Lui from NLC. He moved mountains just so I could get what I wanted. He ensured what could have been a difficult process, came together smoothly, and did so with such professionalism and ease. I highly recommend NLC and Andy, for your car lease, after all I have been with them for years. Thank you so much Andy Lui and the team, without you I would not have been able to order my new beast machine.. soooo very excited and can not wait to it arrives..

    Have leased a few cars through NLC over the last 20yrs. If I had rated them 5+ years ago, they might have earned 5 stars. Recent interactions with them have been more challenging. They do offer competitive pricing, and once your lease is set up they are not too bad to deal with. The challenge is the majority of your interaction with a leasing company comes before you commence a lease, and I found that their service was extremely poor in my most recent interaction. Typically you are assigned a case manager - I was provided with two and just couldn't get in contact with them (either never in the office or their phone is diverted straight to messagebank). The whole experience was very frustrating. If you can look past that period, then it's not so bad.
