Mr Fox needs training. After calling to follow up a week long case thats actually been delegated (without being informed) this horrible man felt the need to call back and be abusive over the phone to me. His ego was hurt because at the end of our conversation all I was hearing was excuses, which I didnt have time for. I told him thank you and have a nice day, then hung up. He felt the need to call back unnecessary, his words you are so rude then continued to tell me to learn how to speak to people then hung up on me! FROM A POLICE OFFICER! No wonder the Australian police have such a bad reputation. They are lazy, uneducated and hypocritical. Telstra display better customer service. Ill be filing a report.
