We are local and visited last Sunday late afternoon. When we arrived we were offered a choice of a high bar table next to the kitchen (lots of busy people rushing back and forth) or outside (it was 15 degrees) instead of a table inside. It then took 15 minutes for someone to come over and take our drinks orders. We ordered starters and mains (and whilst the food was ok, it took just over 40 minutes from when our starters were cleared to when our mains arrived). We watched on as at 3pm 90% of the outside space was cleared away from under us - we felt like a complete inconvenience. In addition to spilling half a glass of water on our table from the waiter as he was looking away speaking to another table, there wasnt any recognition from the staff of any wait or that we clearly were having a bad time. Were usually super chill when we go out to eat so overall a disappointing experience unfortunately

Probably a 3.5 but didnt deserve a 3. Nice pasta and nice service. Carrozza was a massive let down, needed more filling, not usually a tartare person but thought it was very good. Agnalotti wasnt amazing but the cacio Pepe was. Service good as was the overall experience
