        An extremely dirty branch that has hired security guards but not cleaners. For over a month now the front entrance has been splattered with dried milk. The staff inside claim HQ doesnt allow them to wash it off, even though a damp cloth would do the trick (see video). Floor is putrid also. Multiple complaints have been made but it appears Westpac is in bureaucratic quagmire of whos responsible. Also one ATM doesnt accept cash deposits. Hasnt done so for over a month, even with complaints to the branch.

        Afrod was so amazing, i came in to deposit some money and the machine was suddenly frozen, my card and money was still inside, the brand was closed... Luckily Afrod was still at work and she helped me out, i got my money to my account and my card back the next day, she is the best for her attitude and professionalism. Thanks Afrod,
