We engaged De.Arch for a substantial renovation (including demolition of about half the house) of our home in the inner west of Melbourne, and I cannot stress enough how grateful we are that we did. Jessica and the rest of the staff there have provided an excellent design which hit everything we wanted and needed in our home, and beyond that have been with us through the entire process of selecting finishes, working through permits and requirements, and engaging and negotiating with builders to complete the works. The level of support, the honest and reliable advice, and the real consideration of what we want, and of details neither my husband or I would have thought of, has made the entire process easy, transparent, and much, much less stressful than we feared it could be. We're about to begin build on the beautiful design and could not be more satisfied with the quality and value of the work provided. 5/5 - highly recommended
