There are many beaches on Phillip Island but Kitty Miller Bay is arguably the best and certainly the most versatile. It has something for everyone. Rockpools, shallow water, waves and swells for both beginners and more experienced surfers, areas for snorkeling during low tides. There is also a walk to the S.S. Speck shipwreck. The car park is large enough to always find a spot and 2 wooden steps brown to the beach. A fun day/visit for all.

Lovely little bay with interesting rock pools at low tide. BUT be aware of the season if you intend to visit. I had a terrifying experience this afternoon with a swooping Magpie. I certainly didn't think about Magpies defending their nests while walking way out in the bay looking at sea life.
