I do not recommend this kfc. After a netball tournament, we bet the traffic to beat the rush. We ordered on the express machine and sat down. we started to notice that our small order was not being prepared although the people coming in were getting their food prior to us. we sat at the kfc for 25 minutes until i went up and said something. i asked the girl kindly if my order was coming and she said it is coming. i then sat back down watching more peoples food was being prepared. she then started to just stand there doing nothing. After calling my name i went up and saw what was in the bag. it was not my order. she said oh this isnt your order and gave it to another person who had been waiting maybe 5 minutes. after 10 more minutes of waiting (35 minutes of waiting) i went up again and she said its being made now will be 5 minutes. is this a joke? she calls my name i get it and she ignores me. I get into the car (45 minutes of waiting) and she had given me the wrong sauces. This was probably the worst experience i have had with fast food and i will not be ever going back and do not recommend this store at all. They had the football going and were all talking instead of doing their job, a girl at the front on her phone! I cant believe what i saw.
