VicRoads - Seymour Customer Service Centre

All the ladys in this understaffed place, are extremely rude and racist. The main instigator, I think her name was Chloe The larger woman with blonde hair. So so rude and not understanding at all. I waited 2 hours for her to tell me that I didnt and that I shouldve gotten a appointment in Melbourne. And after stating I couldnt for quite a while. She then decided she had to go on her lunch break. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Vikki was alright but still rude. All the woman here get half a star from me. They need to lose their jobs. Or be more humble people.

Very unhappy with a tester at vicroads in Seymour. I was told by my instructor that she isnt allowed to speak in the car & yet the tester got her to do all the directions for the whole test. He failed my wife on something that he said was an instant fail, but didnt stop the test. Only told me I had failed when I drove back to VicRoads, even though according to my instructor was incorrect. I wish I could give him ZERO STAR .

Worst experience with the Vic roads customer service team. Officer Danielle it was a biased judgement. I have a clean driving record in overseas for 5 years and in aus 2 years as well. I drove following all instruction she suddenly altered the vic roads route map and took me some where else and stopped. At the end of the test as well no any suggestions from her as if she did it. Intentinally and left as it is. No any eye contact as well. No customer service. I rate zero stars.

Test examiners are very shifty. I think they look after the ones come with driving instructors.

Fantastic experience! I attended my driving test today and Im so so lucky to have Danielle as my examiner. Thanks to her professionalism.
