        I was 3 minutes late for my 1st appointment with a new doctor. I rang to let them know & was told no problem.... I waited half an hour, after which , the GP comes out, calls my name & proceeds to tell scold me like a small child, telling me quite harshly, that she won't see me because I was late for my appointment..... Then turns and walks away. She was quite rude & I had already waited a week for this appointment & it couldn't wait any longer. The receptionist, who overheard the whole thing & was quite disgusted, found me another appointment within half an hour....... Thankyou, you are Amazing.!! I will not name the GP but I will not be giving good reports or recommendations either,.. 1st chance, not again, your bedside manner is atrocious
