VicRoads - Frankston Customer Service Centre

On Anzac Day they say their open but are not, also says that the Anzac Day might affect time's, it's 12:37 and I'm still waiting have been here since 8:30am. On the VicRoads holiday site it says closed today.

The staff was very friendly and the process of getting the work done was very easy. It would be fair to say that Victoria Roads is the best in the state

I am appalled, I have just been to my local vicroads to re-establish my registration as it ran out. Firstly, I'm not happy that I no longer have a sticker on it to allow me to keep track of when it due, it had been unregistered for sometime and I had no idea. Secondly, I was turned away as I hadn't made an appointment and charged $19 (+ card fee) for the privilege of accessing MY public service. The next available appointment is in almost a month, two days before my roadworthy expires! Why is a government department not able to under take basic 'bread and butter' business and why do I have to pay to access it!

Surprised by the efficient service and very short wait . Not what you would normally expect, well done Vic roads Frankston.
