The reviews are true. They charge you unexplained fees and won't respond to calls or emails. Terrible to deal with! Looking to use someone else to manage the body corp.

They are a horrible company to deal with. They never return your calls and when you speak to someone they don't answer your questions. However they are very quick to hand out late fees. If only we could charge them for not providing us the service they are supposed to.

This is the first google review I have ever left and I hope it is my last. The lack of communication from the OC management company is quite unbelievable. Did not receive AGM Minutes. Two emails and a call later and I eventually received it. Did not receive the most recent levy notice due on 1/2/23. At midnight on 5/2/23 I received a final fee notice with a charge of $55. On 6/2/23 I paid my levy notice (but not the $55) and emailed them. I have now sent two follow up emails and phoned in. No response. Guess my next stop is Consumer Affairs

He charged me late fee without sending the invoice to the correct email address. No response even I emailed or phoned call for many times. Then add another late fee to my invoice, so bad!
