In-Depth Building Inspections

Leigh, has been outstanding with our report, and had listed may items for which I had even missed, amazing. We thank you so much for looking after our home by creating that report that list all the problems that had been found, unfortunately the builder is facing administration like so many others. We will have to perform most of the repair works our selfs. In-Depth Building Inspections are out standing in my opinion. The builder was trying to take shortcuts in the last process of our build. Only advise I can provide is know your rights and do not pay the last sum of money an till everything in your build is address from In-Depth Building report. Remember you are building your home and you as the customer are paying the builder to perform a task. Not the builder telling you what they want to do. It can be stressful building a home and it can be a fun process, the only people that need to stress and sweat is the builder if they make mistakes. You run the show and you do have to pay a till everything is agreed too. By having In-Depth Building Inspections on your side as an independent building Inspector you will truly have a home that is built correctly from the ground up. Leigh has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. He is prompt and professional and very detailed in the reports that he gives. My partner and I are first home buyers and Leigh made everything super easy to understand and was available to answer any questions we had. He found some major structural problems with a home we almost bought and is about to inspect another home for us. I would trust him to inspect all future prospective homes and recommend him to others.
