I recently had a couple of sessions of Bowen Therapy with Lidija. From the moment I walked in, Lidija made me feel comfortable and explained the process to me and how it works. She has such beautiful hands and I felt so much more in balance and relaxed afterwards. Thank-you for a lovely experience!

After being to many different type of practitioners over the past 25 years and receiving a range of treatments for my chronic neck/back problems, I was very surprised that this gentle treatment which involves no manipulation or adjustment still works and delivers the same results. The gentle movements that simply trigger the right points, sending the signals to the body to adjust and heal itself is all it takes. I am amazed how well I respond to Bowen therapy, how much better I feel and am very happy with the results! I would highly recommend Lidija at Point Cook Bowen Therapy as she is excellent at what she does and has made a world of difference in my life with her gentle yet very effective touch!
