Wow! I love this store. I fell in love with Istanbul many years ago but I can relive the feeling by buying odds and ends here. Good prices for 4 medium sized bowls is my my recent purchase.

We love this shop. Ornate middle eastern lighting and beautiful bowls caught our eyes. So much to look at. The owner was very nice and helpful. Cant wait till we are in the area again.

My leather jacket did not even last a year. It has been worn only a few times, but a fault has already appeared on its sleeve. When I returned to ask about repair options, I had an absurd conversation with the salesperson who refused any help at all. When they had a look at the fault, they said they have no idea what to do about it, and admitted that they knew pretty much nothing about leather other than the fact that they are selling it. Then they asked how it got damaged, I said I do not recall anything happening to it at all, but made the mistake to theorise that it may have been scratched by the jacket's own zip on the pocket. They treated this as if I had definitely got the sleeve caught in the zip (which I did not), and it was unrealistic of me to expect anything from them. I had a vinyl jacket that was more durable than this supposedly good quality leather jacket. It is a shame, as it looked like a nice shop, and I even brought relatives here who also spent hundreds of dollars. I will not be doing that again after this disappointing purchase and encounter. It seems like it is yet another place where they do not care about customers or the products sold as soon as they walk out of the door, and they do everything to avoid responsibility.
