Yeah getting really sick of all of my packages being delivered here when I specifically wrote a different address for every single one. This old man has no idea what he is doing and is miserable. If you hate yourself go to therapy. It's not other people's fault.

He was extremely nasty and absolutely gross. Would just stare at you for five minutes not saying anything and then angry with you for not knowing what to do. IT IS YOUR JOB. SPEAK! I've never met such a vile and disgusting person in my entire life. I've never met anyone who knows so little about how to do their own job. I feel sick. See you next tuesday.

I went here to pick up my Christmas presents within the time frame that they had given to me and the old man was extremely rude and abusive to me and lied to me multiple times about different things. He needs to be fired or at least retrained for giving out false information. Then he started rambling on that he can't give them to me without the red slips you get in the mail even though I had only ever gotten one and had simply forgotten it at home accidentally and every single other time that I have collected a parcel in my entire life (over 50+ times) I have never had to show one of those, only REAL ID, which he didn't even end up checking anyway. If staff are supposed to be checking red slips then you should be abusing your staff for not doing that but not customers who haven't even done anything wrong. People do not deserve that. If you hate your job. Quit. I have sent my complaint to Australia Post. I hope he has a Merry Christmas.
