Shower, kitchen and spa were all in great condition and the bed was quite comfortable. The cottage is just big enough for two to comfortably stay in.
We were supplied with a little continental breakfast hamper and enough coffee for a couple of days, but did need to find our own supplies after that.
It was only a very short 10 min walk into Sassafras via a shortcut down Grandview Grove, although be aware that the walk home via this route requires a climb up a significant hill.
All things considered, this is a lovely stay and perfect for honeymooners or the like looking for a getaway in the hills.

It was cosy, beautifully furnished and had everything we needed.
The breakfast and open fire were a highlight.
