        Absolutely deplorable manager (Fiona)... I called to speak to her to query why I had money deducted from my bank account months after attending the practice. She was immediately defensive and claimed I had made these appointments even though I hadn't attended in months? When I asked to speak to someone else regarding the matter she told me there was no one else other than her and that I would not be receiving a refund and then she hung up on me.... Yes, hung up on me.....Never have I ever experienced such deplorable and unprofessional service in my life.... I think she needs a big lesson on customer service....

        Fiona and the therapist at LaLa have gone above and beyond for my children for the past 7+ years. They are amazing to deal with and so easy to chat to with a wealth of knowledge, Fi picked up on two of my son's ties which was over looked by various others two being a lacation consultant's when my youngest was born and not latching properly. Highly recommend waitting to get appointments you wont be disapointed.
