        We have been boarding our dogs at Diamond Boarding Kennels and Cattery for approximately 10 years. Following our dogs most recent stay we will never be back. Our two dogs, Molly a female 17 year old Groodle and Toby a 14 year old male Golden Retriever were there for two weeks. The male who works there then appeared with the dogs on leads and said Toby was stealing Molly's food. I said politely this wasn't our experience as Molly is the dominant one. The guy then 'lost it' shouting at me that I was BS'ing him. I pushed back politely but he continued his rant. This was a very unpleasant and intimidating experience. I was concerned for my safety and was keen to exit with my dogs. The female manager apologised immediately then walked with me to the car continuing to apologise. This behaviour was totally inappropriate and something I would not wish on anyone.

        I have been taking Murphy the cat here since he was a kitten. Highly recommend the personal touch from staff. I always hear about his antics when I pick him up.
