Eye Care For Kids - Rowville Clinic

My daughter charlotte loves having her check up.. she wears tomato glasses and Marvin Janet is so professional and gives sound advice. He is so encouraging to the children snd give lots of praise. Thanks Marvin Janet. I recommend to anyone wanting to have their child's eyes checked or any concerns. My daughter first got glasses at 3 and now is 6 and asks each school hoilday to see Marvin. He takes the time to listen to my daughter, and asks her questions at her level.

If you are concerned about any aspect of your child's eye health and vision I highly recommend Marvin Janet and Eye Care for Kids. We visited the Rowville clinic today to get some advice on an issue with my four-year-old son's eyes, and the experience from start to finish was comfortable and reassuring. Marvin has an excellent manner with both children AND their worried adults - my son was smitten with Marvin's gentle voice and the way he patiently explained every aspect of the consultation before it happened. Within moments, I felt calm too. I had the information I needed to understand what was happening, and empowered with what I could do to help correct it. The rooms were set up with a child in mind; there was nothing scary or ominous, and the "eye games" were the calmest I've ever seen my son in an examination chair. I was relaxed, my son was relaxed, and the appointment was a breeze. We have had some traumatic experiences with procedures and consultations in the past and I was SO worried going into this appointment that I would have a teary, scared little person on my hands (and I wouldn't be much better!) but it was such a great visit that my son was legitimately upset he had to leave his new friend. When you embark on any kind of medical enquiry with your kid you know you are at the start of an ongoing journey with the corresponding professional. I could not be more pleased that we will be working with Marvin to correct my son's vision for the next few years. Thank you again for making this experience such a good one, we really appreciate you!
