        I attended Rowville hearing to have custom made sleep ear plugs made. Yin was great, and explained the process really well. Ive been really happy with the ear plugs - theyre really effective at blocking out noise and helping me sleep. Would recommend!

She took her time in explaining everything and answered our questions without rushing us out the door. She educated myself and my dad regarding his hearing condition and offered a solution which was helpful and affordable. Highly recommend Rowville hearing.

        Great service, professional and friendly! It was my first time wearing hearing aids as a younger guy and Yin Chen was empathetic in helping with the transition. My hearing had improved heaps, and now I can hear my kids !
