Went there to get my reciprocal medicare card sorted and Carol went out of the way to help me and then Helen did the same! I was last served by steve and I was really really grateful for them all chipping in. Unfortunately with government departments it can be very regimented and restricted however i feel the team went that extra mile to help

The people here are brilliant and extremely helpful. My only criticism is booking an appointment. Why can't you be directed to a page that gives you available times so you can simply fill in the details, get a confirmation and then be told what you need for the appointment? Why does it have to be so complicated. I still can't find directions to an appropriate page and I've been looking for 45 minutes. You hit a link that you think is going to do it and it's simply not there.
