        Having had my rental property in Tootgarook with First National Basso for a few years now, I have been extremely happy with their service. They always keep me informed if anything is reported by the tennant and then also throughout the process if things need attending to by trades people. But the one thing on top that really puts First National Basso on the top of my list is that throughout the year , they take the time to check in with me. Not for any other reason but to ask if I am happy and if there is anything bettter they can do for me ! Now that is Gold service that is not seen with other Real Estate firms I have dealt with. Keep up the good work team and you will continue to thrive in business with this attitude.

        As a renter I was really worried about finding a place to move to. Paul Basso and his team were so caring and helpful and because of them I am now happily living in a lovely house in Tootgarook. I call them angels because I have not been treated so well and with such respect from other Real Estate Agents, and they made sure I was not struggling to find a home. I am very happy here in this house and cannot thank Paul and his team enough. They are decent people and I highly recommend them. with much appreciation, Debbie Nettleingham

        I have been renting properties for 15 years. In this 15 years Ive never received service even close to what I have at First National Basso, particularly from Jessica and Sunnie. You do always feel like your queries or concerns are less important when your the tenant but over the past year + I have always felt heard and relevant. EVERY call and email I have made has been responded too in a friendly, professional and timely manner. My concerns have always been heard and rectified with support. Any maintenance has been completed in a surprisingly quick time with no hassles. My inspections have always been well communicated and completed at the times organised. Jessica particularly has been exceptional with communication even when challenges arise. Appreciate a real estate that makes us tenants feel welcome!
