Rippleside Pools and Outdoor Living

We did a lot of research into an inground heated pool and wanted a pool that was going to look good in a rural setting on two acres. Jeremy and the team at Rippleside Pools, were absolutely amazing. From the moment we stepped into the showroom and spoke to Leanne, to the many questions we had for Jeremy and Abby and to the amazing team that installed the pool. There were a few hiccups at installation which wasn't Rippleside Pools fault, but they just continued on and finished our pool right before Christmas. They are friendly, professional, easy to get along with, return your calls and answer any questions. The pool is amazing and the beautiful tiles and the fake grass they installed all look awesome. The reason why we went with Rippleside from the start was because they are a one stop shop that had amazing customer service and are a family business that have amazing staff. We couldn't have found a better team to install our pool and we would highly recommend them to everyone. We do recommend them to everyone. Thanks again Jeremy and team for your amazing work. So pleased we booked in when we did, all set for summer. In ground installation went according to plan, even with narrow access. Jeremy had lots of good ideas and advice, and Leigh was an absolute pleasure to have working on site. Even when we added to the work we wanted for the surrounding wall, it was never an issue. Any query, whether emailed or texted was promptly answered. I would definitely recommend Rippleside Pools, in fact I already have several times. Thanks Jeremy, Abby and Leigh! The team at Rippleside Pools were fantastic and we cannot recommend them enough! Enjoyed my first splash this week in my new heated pool. Ive been very happy with the Rippleside team throughout the entire journey. I had so much to learn from the planning process to handover and Jeremy was extremely helpful , always available to walk me through steps if Id forgotten anything .
