        Rude ignorant staff. I stopped for a new York cheese cake with ice cream. They delivered it in a takeaway at 4.30pm even though they advertise open to 8pm. Came out with cream. Had to show the order to prove they got it wrong. No sorry, etc. Must be my fault somehow. Wheelchair accessibility: Tables and chairs very close.

        Absolutely appalling, ordered ice coffee. The cream was curdled and warm,as was the drink. Asked for a new one they literally just just scrapped the cream off and gave back. You can literally make someone extremely ill. It's not hard to follow food safety procedures.

        The worst pancakes I have ever eaten in my life. Seriously, the packet ones at coles or woolies wouldve been better, and they are terrible!! Cold, stale, dry and obviously reheated pancakes with ice cream that was more ice than creamy. Disgusting! Will not waste my money here again! Staff also very unprofessional and not well presented at all.
