Update: Real Estate again used this company for a plumbing issue. got a text saying 10 minutes away and then a complete no show. Called and spoke with a "Jordy" who insisted he was now on his way and would be about 20 minutes - still a no show. Some of the worst customer service you will ever see. Real Estate agent used this company to conduct electrical and gas checks and to repair / replace faulty lights. For the most part ok, however without any advice whatsoever moved our furniture around (obviously necessary to check power points etc - within reason), not covid compliant (wore his mask under his chin the entire time), took photos around the house including our private possessions , clothes hanging to dry and our daughters bedroom (without advising before hand he needed to do this). When I raised this concern I got the standard "it's for electrical compliance and we have to do it". Fair point and they do actually need to do that (I checked with regulator) power points, light fittings etc, they don't however need to have extremely poor communication skills, nor take photos of entire rooms including personal possessions etc. Beyond the justification not so much as an apology although they have now apparently removed the inappropriate pictures from the file / report. Just because people are renting does not mean they do not deserve dignity & courtesy.
