Poor service and poor ethics. I tried to buy a small pair of leggings, and was told from the sales representative that I should be in an extra small. I accepted her recommendation and bought the extra small. Well within an hour of wearing them I was in pain around my waist. By the end of my shift (as a Pilates instructor) I had a deep red line from the material digging in. I tried to exchange the next day and was refused because they had been worn. Im disappointed that head office didnt stand behind their staff members recommendation, and that my money is wasted.

I went into Lorna Jane Eastland the other day and having never been in there before I wasn't sure about sizes etc. I was greeted by Amanda who was very friendly and more than happy to help me. She helped me select the right size for me and had me trying on different styles so I could get a feel for which I preferred. Amanda spent about 45mins with me helping me with the different styles they have (which I love each one) all while knowing I wasn't going to purchase that day. Such friendly and helpful assistance left me with the feeling of a valued customer - I will be back to buy very very soon. I cannot thank her enough for her help.

It is truly rare to find service as good as that provided by the staff at Lorna Jane eastland. We went there both Thursday night and today and found the staff to be incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about there products. This is the only place my partner could find quality leggings that weren't ridiculously sheer and a sports bra that was large enough and suitable for breastfeeding. Highly recommend and thank you!
