Blue Illusion Eastland

We shopped here last Saturday. My Mum, my sister and I had a wonderful time trying things on. The staff looked after us very well. Thanks ladies for giving us the best retail experience we've had for a long time. We will be back.

As an image & personal style consultant I often need assistance with sizes/colours/styles etc & always appreciate help from the staff Robyn, you went above and beyond to assist me & make my client Andrea feel welcome and really valued. I never give bad reviews unless really warranted. Did my research on returns policy to make sure I could return online purchase to the store. Spent $800 online and needed to return couple of items so went to Eastland store and was told online orders cannot be returned to the store. I showed them their website clearly states otherwise but they still refused. I called their HQ customer support who agreed with me, but still the store refused, so I went to the Doncaster store instead who happily refunded my online purchases. The Eastland store staff are unprofessional & rude!! Do yourself a favour, go to Doncaster store!
