the staff are really nice from my few experiences here, always helpful with change rooms and finding right sizes and also letting you know when certain sizes will be back in stock.

The staff at Ghanda Eastland are amazing! They are always extra helpful and friendly! The store is always neat and tidy, I love shopping here!

They need more change rooms, Im always waiting at least 20 minutes for a change room.

It is Boxing Day sale, we understood the busyness of the shops. My daughter waited in line for more than 20 minutes to pay for merchandise she wanted; she tried to pay with Afterpay, but it required a purchase of more than $99. Then she told the cashier she'd call her mum for help paying, but instead of giving her the courtesy and time to "tried to solve the problem," they told her to go back to the end of the line while she sorted it out with me. She was in tears because of how she was being treated!! It's so unprofessional. Ghanda Eastland should be ashamed to have hired such rude staff. It is so UNPROFESSIONAL. Not necessarily treat a 15 years old such as. Highly NOT RECOMMENDED.

I'm really pleased with the excellent service I received from Georgia K who went out of her way to call other stores to find the shirt I was after.
