the worst experience ever! Extremely rude service!

Went for rego transfer appointment today was told over the phone when making the appointment it was not necessary to bring the vehicle took time off work to go only to be told I should have brought the vehicle for inspection and would have to make another appointment so another day off work and take vehicle put staff that know what the guidelines are on the phone you have cost me several hundred dollars of pay for lost time off work we are all struggling to make ends meet these days you charge enough in fees maybe use some to train staff properly thanks to the girl on box 4 she tried very hard to sort the problem all to no avail

The Worst Experience ever!!! very condescending and terrorising testing officer. I am 45 year old mother and I was terrified on behalf of my daughter. Daniel the testing officer was abusive and I felt unsafe and unsettled with him. He was very short patient with us and we felt that he just wanted to find an excuse to cancel my daughter's test from the beginning starting with that he can't see the speedometer and that he has to walk all the way to get a device and that it probably won't work and that he will need to cancel, then he found another reason to cancel the test because we didn't have water in the wipers and although we have a 2L water bottle in the car and we offered to fill the water tank, he said he doesn't have 2 minutes to waste and he cancelled the test. He made me feel like I had to apologise several time during his conversation with us for no obvious reason other than he was intimidating and abusive of his power. just wanting to be the alpha male and unsettle young adults before their test. He of course succeeded in his attempt to cancel the test and he didn't even bother to book us another time. we had to find someone else to help us and only found an appointment 3 weeks later. unfortunately we have no other choice than VicRoad and unfortunately this is why they couldn't care less!
