Came in looking for something very specific that was turning out to be harder to find than I initially thought it would.
When faced with my detailed request, he was able to interpret my description, find it, in relevant sizes and looked up other alternatives whilst I was in the fitting room.
At the point of signing up for store membership, was asked if I did or did not wish to receive promotional materials. Love that this is optional.
For a bloke who hates shopping, this experience was close to perfect.
