    Had the best experience yesterday with Tash. She made me feel so comfortable and understood. she talked me through all toy products with confidence- truely such amazing customer service. Will definitely be returning to the store.

    Chloe and Tash from Eastland store served me today, from what was a horrible experience at Fountain Gate store the ladies at Eastland were exceptional Certainly recommend Ringwood store for sure Thanks Chloe for your amazing customer service and attention to detail it certainly changed my mind about this store as a whole Also a special mention to Belle at customer service who put me in contact with the Ringwood store cant thank you all enough

    Outdated policys for women in 2022. Absolutely loved the old sales girl here. She always made sure I had the right fit, made me feel comfortable, relatable and at ease etc. Unfortunately Ive had a look into honey birdettes policies for staff and they require all women to wear red lipstick every shift and have no unnatural hair colours. It is extremely outdated. Therefore I wont be buying from them again. Its a shame the old sales girl is gone. When I walked into the store today I got a completely different feeling and greeting and was very disappointed. Honey Birdette needs to realize we are in 2022, I could forgive them for my $300+ set fraying in 3 wears but I cant get onboard with outdated standards they expect their staff to withhold.

    Originally I did not intend to leave this review publicly, but as no one at HB wanted to return my emails, I am copying and pasting the original email so here it goes: I attend your store at approximately 230pm on the 20/07/2022. I knew before entering the store I intended to spend money. Immediately from walking in the store I felt uncomfortable, I noticed that the only girl working in the store was scrolling through her phone and only greeted me roughly when I was feet from her. But I knew I was there to get something, anything, so I told her I've been told to get any set in a size 10E but noted the person asking me to buy for myself liked things in black. As I was standing near the "sale" items, I was told by her "there's not much in that size in the sale items". I immediately felt caught off guard and judged, like I "couldn't afford" my size in other full price items. I put this down to me projecting my thoughts and figured while I was there, I'd grab anything in my size to try and perhaps go to another shop to buy as I needed something quick. I grabbed 3 complete full-price sets. While I did so, other people had come into the store and she was speaking with them. I noticed she was also very rude to them as well, telling them "I don't know what you mean" when a customer was explaining a piece, I assume was a garter belt/strap they were looking for. She noticed me with the 3 sets and her demeanour immediately changed, ignoring the customers she was being questioned by and asking if I'd like to try them on, I quipped "yes, I wasn't joking about being told to buy anything I want". Which I admit I said friendly, but intentionally snarky. From here she was trying to be very kind to me, so originally I intended not to send this email and perhaps she had just been having a bad day. I settled on 2 sets and 3 stockings, spending a total of 944.60$. I would like to note this was all my choices, and nothing was up sold to me to try or buy. As I tried to leave the store, my purchase did set off the security alarm. So I turned back and we checked the items. The orange Erica Corset had set it off, as she was checking the items, I noted I saw the security tag on the Corset and assumed she took it off as I did not set off the alarms on the way out. While I don't wish to go into the details of WHY I was told to buy this set by someone, today was the day I was meant to wear it - and it was important that I did. To my shock though on the Erica set... the security tag I saw and noted to her had not been removed. I tried multiple ways to remove it... because tonight was the night. And I could not return to the store to have it removed. I had no choice but to cut the cloth of the 219$ corset to get it off. I had tried scissors on the tag, a fridge magnet, and unfortunately pliers to no luck. Overall this entire experience had been horrible, and while I tried to give the girl serving me the benefit of the doubt. It appears she did not care at all about me as a customer, judged me that I had no money, and only seemingly cared when I proved I did. I am devestated I was required to partly destroy the item to remove the tag for my event. But more so disgusted at this entire experience. I would love if something could be done, as currently I am feeling upset at ever going into another store again incase I have the same experience.
