I was after 3 pin plugs ... Got some of what I needed of the shelf ... No problem ordering the more unusual stuff ...

I went to get some electrical parts on behalf of my mate who is a certified electrian. I knew the french term for the required parts. I spoke to Craig at the counter but he was not happy to help. Craig was very rude and unprofessional. He kept challenging my knowledge and was not helpful at all. I did not argue or challenge him at any point. I still bought few electrical parts but after second though of his attitude towards me, I went back the next day to return the parts. He straight away gave me attitude and started hitting the computer so hard and loud to show me how annoyed and angry he was. He also said ' i knew you would return those parts because you are not an electrician', to which I did not answer. I do not know if my skin colour or my background was the result of him behaving as such but I was not welcome there, the very moment I walked into that store. I would not recommend any person to attend this store especially non caucasian people. I bought the same parts at another store where I was treated the way I expected.
