Paper Kites

Purchased item with faulty zip, no response to 3 emails then wasted a drive there to be told thats how the sew their zips, not straight because its a cheap shop if we want a straight zip need to go somewhere to pay more.

Asked Young woman at counter who was scrolling through her phone photos & when asked the question said no & clearly she was unsure & disinterested in her job, wow good staff must be hard to get these days

I dont know why people rated this place so low. They had a wonderful selection, lots more variety and better selections than on their website. My daughter wanted a long elegant dress and we found exactly what she wanted. The staff member inspected the entire dress (unexpected but appreciated) and found a very small mark, she searched for another dress to replace it but couldnt find one in the same size so she offered a discount. She was very helpful and polite. My only issue with the store was the changing room curtains did not close properly so you need to have someone with you to hold it closed for privacy, this could be improved. Overall though it was a great experience, I would highly recommend it.

I AM ABSOLUTELY APPALLED BY THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS STORE. The girl accused me of lying when I pointed out her mistake. The worst experience of my life. TERRIBLE ATTITUDE OF ENTIRE STAFF !!
