Mimco Eastland

Normally great friendly service here. Went in on Monday and an older staff member asked me at least 4-5 times if I needed help...bit much for the short time I was in there... even standing/hovering behind me at the start as I looked at a bag when I'd already told her I was fine. It was so uncomfortable, not sure if the other woman beside me left because of it, I almost left too. When I finally went to the counter to purchase and talked to the younger girl she ran up to do the sale. I felt like asking her to leave me alone in the same tone she addressed me. Please don't stalk your customers and treat them like they're going to steal something, it just put me off looking and buying anything else.

Katherine was very patient & helpful, her customer service was great, she really looked after me. The store has a great range of all you need or want from Mimco - I highly recommend a visit, you wont be disappointed!

Definitely a 5 star review. Shop front very clean. Had a small error with prices on an item although shop assistant Katherine more than made up for it with her professional customer service. Great experience. Thank you

Picked up Click & Collect purchase. Easy, hassle free with friendly, efficient staff. As I was picking up for someone else (noted in the online order), ID was quite rightly requested. As for what was purchased, it was the Classico Zip Medium Pouch, with butterfly pattern, perfect for a Mother's Day gift. No need to wrap as it comes with a protective bag and then in a Mimco carry bag. $$

Most disgusting service today 3 ladies behind counter more interested in chatting then serving customers would of thought customer service should come before chatting about rosters a few of us customers headed to David Jones Mimco got the best service there
