We ordered our daughter a desk in January which never turns up. We tried for weeks to phone the company to try and find out what was going on. When we finally got in touch with a person we were told it would be ready in April. Well it's April and again I cannot get in touch with a person. WE WILL BE GETTING A FULL REFUND. And now in an attempt to avoid my calls my number has been blocked for baby direct.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE!! Ordered a ride on car for my sons birthday paid close to $800, 3 weeks later they cancel my order and promise to refund me within 24-48 hours it has now been 4 weeks and still no refund. Jerry (manager) and Mary are now not answering my calls or emails and if they do they say oh refund is getting processed in 24-48 hours just give me my money back this is an absolute JOKE!

Bloody Thieves!! Horrendous customer service throughout by store personnel and online chat teams. Been chasing a refund for a cot order for the last 2 weeks but getting harassed with no firm answers. Ordered cot a month and 10 days ago and never was made ready for pick-up with zero communication and just getting told will come back to you after checking with store for a refund. All I want is a refund of my money for a product that was never picked up or was made ready for pickuporder # 45493. My next step is to file a civil case with ACCC for my nightmare experience and paint this review on all applicable websites to avoid these guys. Hope this helps someone!!

Our experience has been absolutely appalling. Placing an order and being told it will be a maximum 4 week wait to finally after 4 months demanding a refund as the wait time continues for items ordered. No customer service, no communication when stock is ready to be collected, needing to call multiple times to see if order is available, being told everything will be ready by X date to then being told only half the items are available (presumably they sell your items if someone else orders them before you're able to pick them up). Out of the 5 items ordered, 2 in store picks up were needed and 1 item refunded due to continues delays. Advised at time of purchase everything would be available at the same time for collection. Not one phone call made by them to give updates on order progress, even when they promised they'd follow up and call back. Understand there are delays in stock that happen however when you're told it is coming from their own warehouse and will only take a week or two over and over again it is clear stock isn't an issue, their lack of customer service is! Would recommend you spend the extra few dollars and support a different business that actually values its customers.
